What is chaga tea?

Traditionally, chaga is ground into a fine powder to brew as tea. Chaga tea is nutrient dense and contains more antioxidants than blueberries or red beans. These mushrooms contain vitamin K, vitamin, D, and several B vitamins. In order to achieve medicinal benefits, chaga tea must be brewed using an extraction process to activate its bio-available components.
