Remember what doctors say, growth and metabolism are at their peaks while you sleep. As for adults, you can boost your metabolism while sleeping by sticking to an exercise routine that works best for you. Eat lots of food products that are rich in fiber and antioxidants to aid in digestion and flush out toxins. Sleeping in fitful doses wouldn’t help because you need a full, straight night’s rest so sleep in a room that’s conducive for resting. If you’re not lactose-intolerant, drinking a glass of milk before you go to bed will also help a lot in improving your body’s metabolism.
